What’s inside the Greek Lemon Box?  

Each month we will send you a curated box full of Greek produce that has been carefully selected as well as recipe cards incorporating the box contents. In each box you will receive a special selection of authentic and natural Greek produce in fitting with the principles of the Mediterranean Diet. The box will contain 6-8 products and you can decide between the original box (meat, fish & diary products) or a vegan box. You don't have to use your products in one go as they are all adaptable and have multiple uses.

How are the products selected?  

We spend a huge amount of time dedicated to finding the best producers for our boxes. In addition, we use the Mediterranean Diet as a guide to the product selection as well as taking into considerations seasonality.  All our products have long shelf life.

What if I have dietary requirements?  

For food allergies you can contact us at and let us know what your food allergies are. We'll do our best to accommodate. However, we advise you to be cautious, especially with more serious allergic reactions. Read and re-read ingredient labels and use your best judgment.  

How do you define 'Vegan'?  

We understand that there are multiple definitions within the vegan community. Feel free to contact us at and we would be happy to tailor our boxes to your specific requirements. 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?  

Absolutely! On the checkout page, please tick the ‘This is a Gift’ field and enter your gift message (optional). We will then process your payment and dispatch the box together with your message in a nice gift card to the lucky recipient.   

Where & how do you ship?

We currently ship monthly boxes to the UK & Europe. For our monthly boxes, delivery to UK is free. For the rest of Europe, delivery is 5.00 GBP. Please see below for giftbox/eshop delivery charges.

When & how often will I receive my box?

We ship on or around the 16th of each month. Once you sign up we will keep you updated with your order, including notification of shipping and re-billing.  

What are your delivery time and costs for your Giftboxes ?   

We dispatch all online orders for giftboxes/eshop Monday-Friday via Royal Mail or courier. UK orders  take 3-4 days, those in Europe take 5-7 days.   Please see below for prices.

What type of payment do you accept?   

We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express cards. 

Is payment secure?

Yes. We use stripe as our payment provider. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.  

How does billing work?

For your first subscription, we will bill you at checkout. For subsequent boxes, we will re-bill you on or around the middle of each month. You can easily modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.   

Can I cancel or modify my subscription? 

Absolutely and its very easy & quick. First, log into your account, click ‘edit’ under active subscription and you will then be able to modify or cancel your subscription box with ease. Any problems, feel free to contact us at
